Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, and renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The free trial is for new subscribers; any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on any plan when paying by card. You pick your plan, add your card at checkout, and run up to 50 scans on the website during the trial. When the trial ends the plan converts to paid automatically unless you cancel first. Cancelling during the trial ends your access immediately and you're not charged. One trial per person; Telegram bot and Chrome extension unlock when the paid plan starts, and crypto payments don't include a trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for past months.
Which chains does DeFade support?
Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Robinhood, Arc and Hyperliquid. Paste any token contract address and DeFade works out the chain for you. 35 modules in total: 34 run on Solana; 28 of those plus the EVM-only Contract Safety check run on each EVM chain.
What counts as a "scan"?
Each unique token contract you analyze counts as one scan on Solana and two on the EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, BSC, Robinhood, Arc, Hyperliquid), whose deep scans cost more to run. Once you've scanned a token, all features for that token are free for 24 hours — clicking through Whales, Intel, Bundles tabs on the same coin doesn't burn extra scans. Free users get 3 distinct tokens per day. Pro includes 300 scans a month; Gold includes 2,500.

How do I connect my Pro account to Telegram?
After subscribing:
- Open your dashboard and scroll to the Connect surfaces section.
- On the Telegram card, click Generate code. A 6-digit code appears (valid for 10 minutes).
- Open @DeFadeAnalyzerBot and send
/connect. - Paste the 6-digit code as a reply to the bot. Done.
You'll get your plan's monthly scans plus all Pro features (whales, bundles, snipers, insiders, smart money) directly in the bot. Up to 200 scans per day per token.
How do I connect my Pro account to the Chrome extension?
After subscribing:
- Open your dashboard and scroll to the Connect surfaces section.
- On the Chrome extension card, click Issue token. A long token string is shown once.
- Copy it immediately (you won't see it again).
- Open the DeFade Chrome extension, go to its settings, and paste the token there.
Up to 200 scans per day per token. You can issue multiple tokens (e.g. one for work laptop, one for personal) and revoke individual ones from the dashboard.
I already have an API key. Do I need to subscribe?
No. API customers on any paid tier (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) get DeFade Pro web access automatically — just log in with the same email used for your API key. Your chains carry over too: an All-Chains API key gives you All-Chains web access, a Solana key gives you Solana.
Can I use DeFade inside Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Pro includes a key for the DeFade MCP connector. Open your dashboard, click Get connector key under Claude & ChatGPT connector, and add the URL it shows as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT. All fifteen DeFade tools then run inside the conversation. Every tool call spends a scan from your monthly allowance — the same one the website uses, counted once per token per day. The connector key only works through the connector; it is not a REST API key. Need the REST API? That's an API plan.
Do you take crypto?
Yes. You can pay in USDC on Solana, straight from your wallet, alongside card checkout (Stripe: card / Apple Pay / Google Pay). Every plan is on both rails. Crypto plans are prepaid for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and don't auto-renew.
