Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for past months.
What does "founding price locked" actually mean?
As long as your subscription stays active, you continue to pay $9/month even after the price goes up for new customers. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll pay the regular Pro rate ($19/mo).
What counts as a "scan"?
Each unique Solana token contract you analyze counts as one scan. Once you've scanned a token, all features for that token are free for 24 hours — clicking through Whales, Intel, Smart Money tabs on the same coin doesn't burn extra scans. Free users get 5 distinct tokens per day. Pro and Founding get unlimited.
How do I connect my Pro account to Telegram?
After subscribing:
- Open your dashboard and scroll to the Connect surfaces section.
- On the Telegram card, click Generate code. A 6-digit code appears (valid for 10 minutes).
- Open @DeFadeAnalyzerBot and send
/connect. - Paste the 6-digit code as a reply to the bot. Done.
You'll get unlimited scans plus all Pro features (whales, bundles, snipers, insiders, smart money) directly in the bot. Up to 200 scans per day per token.
How do I connect my Pro account to the Chrome extension?
After subscribing:
- Open your dashboard and scroll to the Connect surfaces section.
- On the Chrome extension card, click Issue token. A long token string is shown once.
- Copy it immediately (you won't see it again).
- Open the DeFade Chrome extension, go to its settings, and paste the token there.
Up to 200 scans per day per token. You can issue multiple tokens (e.g. one for work laptop, one for personal) and revoke individual ones from the dashboard.
I already have an API key. Do I need to subscribe?
No. API customers on any paid tier (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) get DeFade Pro web access automatically. Just log in with the same email used for your API key.
Why founding spots if you already have a free tier?
Honest answer: I'm one founder, this is bootstrapped, and I'd rather have a small group of paying customers who give me real feedback at a discount than 100 trial users at full price. If you back DeFade early, you get the rate that reflects that.
Do you take crypto?
Not yet. Stripe (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay) for now. Crypto checkout is on the roadmap.
